1. What UroPassport is

UroPassport is a personal tool for keeping your own urological health records on your phone — symptoms, results, medications, appointments, documents, and questionnaires — and for producing summaries you can share with your own doctor.

2. UroPassport is not medical advice

This is important. UroPassport is a record-keeping tool, not a medical device, and not a source of medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Nothing in the App is a substitute for the judgement of a qualified healthcare professional.
• Scores and summaries (for example IPSS or PSA tracking) are organisational aids only; they do not diagnose any condition and must not be used to make treatment decisions on your own.
• The App's voice and AI features help you record and sort information. They can make mistakes, which is why you always review and confirm an entry before it is saved.
• Always consult your own doctor about your symptoms, results, and any decisions about your care. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

3. Your data and your responsibilities

• Your records are stored on your device. You are responsible for the security of your device (for example, by enabling a screen lock) and for keeping backups of anything you do not want to lose.
• If you uninstall the App or delete your data without a backup, that data cannot be recovered by us — we never hold a copy.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for how you use any summary you export.

4. Free trial, subscriptions, and billing

• UroPassport includes a free trial period that begins when you finish setting up the App. No payment is required to start.
• After the trial, continuing to add and process records requires a paid subscription (monthly or annual).
• Backing up, restoring, exporting (PDF), viewing, and deleting your records remain free forever, trial or not, subscribed or not.
• Purchases and renewals are processed by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Google Play account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown in the App before you buy.
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App — for example, by attempting to break, reverse-engineer, or interfere with it, or by using it in violation of applicable law. UroPassport is for managing your ownhealth information.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its content (excluding the personal data you enter) are owned by Uro Apps PLT and protected by applicable laws. These terms do not grant you any ownership of the App itself. The records and data you create remain yours.

7. Third-party services

The App uses third-party services to function, including Google (Firebase AI Logic, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and on-Android speech transcription), RevenueCat (subscription management), and PostHog (anonymous analytics). Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' terms. See our Privacy Policy for what is and is not shared.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI/voice features will be accurate.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uro Apps PLT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any decision made in reliance on the App rather than on professional medical advice.

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete it. We may suspend or discontinue the App, or features of it, where reasonably necessary.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, except where applicable law gives you a non-excludable right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where the change is significant, surface it in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
