Before you email: in-app Help
Most questions are answered inside the App itself. Open Help / FAQ from the menu or from Settings — it has guides for each record type and for voice entry, backups, and exports. You can search it, and it works offline.

For anything Help doesn't cover, email [email protected].
When you tap Settings → About → Contact support in the App, your email opens with a short technical summary already filled in — your app version, your phone's operating-system version, and the most recent error code. This helps us diagnose problems quickly.
Your health records are never included. The technical summary contains no record content, no notes, no results, no photos, and nothing that could identify your medical information. You are always free to review and edit the email before sending it.
What helps us help you
- A clear description of what you were doing and what went wrong.
- Whether it happens every time or only sometimes.
- A screenshot only if it shows no personal health information (note: the App blocks screenshots of record screens by design, to protect your data).
Privacy and your data
UroPassport stores your health records only on your device — we never receive them, and we cannot access them. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
- To erase everything from your device: Settings → Delete all my data.
- To stop anonymous analytics: Settings → Privacy → Anonymous analytics.

We aim to reply within a few business days. UroPassport is published by Uro Apps PLT (Malaysia).
